     My MD802 will not update.   Bought 08/01/16 and updated it at that time.  Now update app simply hangs.  Win7 machine.   No changes to machine since last Autel update.   SD reader works and machine recognizes the card.

     On Monday morning, 11/28, update was still hanging.   Then at about 11 AM Eastern time (same time zone as Autel), it worked.

    Problem resolved, but cause unknown.
